Returns Policy

All items are custom printed for your order directly from the printers, No stock is held by Tom Hodge Art Prints. Therefore we are not able to take any returns for buyers remorse etc. All sales will be final. Items are quality checked by the printers and only if a error has occurred on the printers part are we able to look into a return.

Address Error:

Tom Hodge Art Prints cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage

Added Customs Charges:

All item are printed in United States and shipped internationally. When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country depending on the size of the order. This is beyond our control as all charges are at the discretion of the countries custom services. The practical issue of clearing goods through customs depends solely on who is responsible for the import. See Shipping information for more details.

Print finish:

High-end inkjet Canon iPF9400 printers are used with Canon 12-color Aqueous. Acid free archival inks used to print on museum grade paper. Museum grade paper is known to be archival, which means it can be stored for a long time without turning yellow.  Materials are continually tested to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available

Manufacturing Printing error:

In the extreme case of an obvious printing error please contact us with the appropriate order number and relevant photos to support the issue. We will then contact the printers to resolve this matter where appropriate.
